Licence questions
What happens when new tools ship?
They appear in your toolbar. Studio includes every Studio-tier tool we release while you subscribe — Geometry Doctor, Model Hygiene Pro and the Proxy/LOD Manager land there first.
What if I cancel?
The versions you installed keep working. You stop receiving updates and new tools, and your licence stops moving to new machines — but we never disable what you paid for.
How many machines?
Three seats per licence — the norm in this niche. Workstation, laptop, and one more.
Is there a refund policy?
Fourteen days, no questions. Email support and the refund is processed the same week.
Do you offer regional pricing?
Not yet, but it is on the roadmap — tell us where you are when you write in and we will count the votes.
